FAQS

Can you check in early?
Our regular check in time is 4pm or after, we just need this amount of time to clean the hut after guests leave, empty and re-fill the hot tub and do any maintenance tasks to ensure we have everything ready for your stay:  If there are no guests departing on your arrival day then we may be able to offer an earlier check in and would be able to confirm a couple of days before.
Are you Pet Friendly?
Yes.  The Hut is small so only enough room for max of 2 medium sized dogs we just ask you to bring along their beds.  No extra charge is made for pets.
Is the Hot Tub exclusive?
The Hot Tub is located right next to your Hut in a secluded area, it is exclusively for you for your stay.
Will the Hot tub be hot when we arrive?
No, due to guests arriving at all different times the hot tub wont be hot when you arrive, but it will be filled up with fresh water and the fire ready to light.Usually the hot tub is ready in 3-4 hrs depending on the outside temperature and the fire been topped up regularly so perfect for an evening relaxing dip.
Do we need to bring/buy our logs for the Hot Tub and Fire?
No, we supply the regular number of logs/sticks, firelighters and matches you should need for your length of stay. If you do need more there may be a charge.
What Kitchen Facilities are there?
The Kitchen is stocked with a Kettle, Toaster & small fridge (with tiny freezer compartment), there is also a small Oven & Hob.
Is Parking Close by?
The hut is located in its own private area of a meadow field, which is easily accessible by car with its own parking space and a gravel path leading to the hut.
Where is the bathroom?
The bathroom which includes, wash basin, flushing toilet and shower is located within the hut.
